Please include the document type, the source and target languages, the country that issued the document and the Australian authority that will receive the translation. This helps us point you to the right service.

Yes. If you are having trouble with the AcudocX portal, get in touch and our team will walk you through uploading your document and completing the order.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. For time sensitive translation jobs, ordering directly through AcudocX is faster than emailing.

Customer support is available during standard Australian business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed through AcudocX outside these hours are queued and picked up as soon as the next business day begins.
